Victory Family Centre Singapore was founded with a vision to go into all the world to share the Good News by mobilizing the local church. To date, the church has planted churches in more than 80 nations of the world. Their vision is to plant churches that will plant churches that will plant churches! They now have more than 8,000 churches worldwide.

The church’s mission vision is expressed through the raising up of church planting teams who will target strategic cities with the gospel and pioneer a church which emulates the missions vision of VFC Singapore. These churches will in turn plant churches of their own thus perpetuating and fulfilling the Great Commission of . The church’s ‘Gideonite program’ was designed to facilitate this church planting vision. For the training of church planters, the church established The Asia Theological Centre for Evangelism and Mission (ATCEM).

VFC is one church with twelve geographic regions across Singapore Island. Every two regions are lead by a Regional Pastor and have a combined decentralized regional service location, office, and cell groups near them, except for Regions 11 and 12 which each have a service centre, so Sunday morning services are held in seven different locations of the city.
