Our Story
Victory Family Centre Melbourne was planted in 2003. It is our privilege to serve the local church and our community. Victory Family Centre has an ethos of being a church that plant churches.
We are a community of believers who love God and love people, and we believe that people from all walks of life can experience Jesus,
find their identity, and realise their potential.
Our desire is for you to grow as a disciple of Jesus into a leader and fulfil God’s calling on your life to reach the people around you.
Our Pastor
Ray Chee
Senior Pastor
Pastor Ray is the Senior Pastor of Victory Family Centre VFC Melbourne. He is a spirit-filled minister / worship leader accredited by APRA (Australasian Performing Right Association) and travels the
world conducting worship seminars.
He is an ACC pastor, composer, song leader, and multi skilled-talented musician who understands and teaches what true worship is, in Spirit and Truth.
Songs composed by him are sung by world class Christian bands, including “Parachute Band” in NZ.
