We’re a closely knit church community made up of people from different generations and walks of life. As a church family, we value building genuine relationships and growing together in faith.

Victory Family Centre Melbourne was planted in 2003, and since then we’ve had the privilege of serving our local community and walking alongside people in their faith journey.

Ray Chee

Senior Pastor

Pastor Ray is the Senior Pastor of Victory Family Centre Melbourne. He has a deep heart for worship and for helping people grow in their faith and relationship with God.

Together with his wife and their two daughters and son, he continues to serve faithfully in the church community. Outside of church, he enjoys fishing and spending time gardening, something that reflects his love for simple & hands-on work.

While he might look a little serious at first glance, you’ll quickly find that he is warm, friendly, and always happy to connect with people.
